Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer (AAS)

Slide #1 image

AAS is a laboratory instrument that measures the concentration of micro elements in soil, fertilizer and plant sample solutions. It is so sensitive that it can measure down the concentration of elements to parts per billion in any sample.

Gas Chromatography (GC)

Slide #1 image

Gas chromatography (GC) is a common type of chromatography used in analyticalchemistry for separating and analyzing compounds that can be vaporized withoutdecomposition. Typical uses of GC include testing the purity of a particular substance, orseparating the different components of a mixture (the relative amounts of such componentscan also be determined).

TOC analyzer

Slide #1 image

Total organic carbon (TOC) analyzers are devices used to analyze the organic carboncontent in liquid as well as solid samples. They provide highly sensitive, non-specific readoutsof all TOC through two-stage processes involving oxidation and detection. Apart frommeasuring organic carbon, it can also detect Total Carbon (TC) and Total Inorganic Carbon(TIC) in solid and liquid samples.
