An awareness programme on the balanced use of fertilizers was conducted under the Mera Gaon Mera Gaurav (MGMG) initiative at Umsarang village, Ri Bhoi district, by Team 4 on 5th May, 2026. The programme was organized as part of the nationwide awareness campaign on the adoption of balanced use of fertilizers launched by ICAR.
        A total of 23 farmers participated in the programme and derived benefit from the deliberations. Resource materials pertaining to the balanced use of biofertilizers under organic cultivation system were distributed among the participating farmers.
